The Local Lap is a copyright-protected motorsports television program, created by Mike Davis and produced by The Local Lap, LLC.  Each 30-minute episode goes trackside to cover the action, interviews and showcases drivers of all disciplines, and captures the rich racing traditions on the local level where race drivers develop their talents. The Local Lap is dedicated to bringing grassroots racing action into the living rooms of diehard race fans, and to expose new fans to many great racing facilities.  The show has enjoyed a groundswell of support on all levels.

The Local Lap currently airs on FOX Sports Networks throughout the Midwest.

The Local Lap is coming to a short track near you!  With the cooperation of racers and race tracks, we are building our audience at the grassroots level – spread the word!  In addition to covering the racing action, we participate in at-track activities, fan interaction and more!
